BY-LAWS

A new scoring system is being developed. This will eventually replace the current scoring system. Would appreciate your comments, or, if there is something you would like to see please let me know. The system eventually will calculate Ranking points week by week, give more information regarding player stats, will be linked to the members database - therefore players must be a member and lots of other information. Please if you see a mistake or something not calculating correctly contact me at VBSA scores.

Please Note: AK8 Billiards will play their home matches at Princes until their tables are installed
Please Note: If a player has played in the first 4 weeks, then the player MUST be a member before another match is played. Penalty : points won as an unfinancial member will be forfeited. (Rule 1 of the by-laws)
