


For ALL VBSA run Tournaments:
Entries will be received by PayPal or bank transfer up to the closing date Payments.
Entries can be paid in cash (with a completed Entry Form) to Princes, Kings, Alan Croft or George Hoy up to the closing date.
Postal Entries will close 14 days prior to tournament.
These tournaments will be conducted under Australian Billiards and Snooker Council Championship Playing Conditions, and all matters pertaining to Players' Code of Conduct will be adhered to.
Nominees must be a financial member of an affiliate of the Australian Billiards and Snooker Council. In the Victorian Snooker & Billiards Championships members of Associations that are affiliated to the VBSA are invited to participate.
A completed Entry form and entry fee will be required before any player is permitted to compete.
Tournament standard dress is required (long sleeved collared shirt, bow tie, dress pants in a solid dark colour, dress shoes and socks). Waistcoat is required from the quarter finals onwards. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in forfeiture of the match.
All players are to report to the Tournament Director 15 minutes before their scheduled starting time, and are to be ready to play at this time.
The entry form constitutes part of the conditions of entry. Changes may be made at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
Players may be subjected to Drug testing in accordance with the ABSC Drugs in Sport Policy.
Conditions of Play in Victorian Handicap Tournaments:
The Handicap tournaments will be conducted by the VBSA. Nominees must be a financial member of the VBSA or an affiliate of the VBSA.
A completed Entry form and entry fee will be required before any player is permitted to compete.
Pennant standard dress is the minimum requirement: Slacks, Leather Shoes, Club polo shirt or long sleeved shirt with a collar. Failure to comply with these standards will prohibit a player from competing.
All players are to report to the Tournament Director 15 minutes before their scheduled starting time, and are to be ready to play at this time. Players ranked in the Top 16 in the Victorian rankings are prohibited from participating, these tournaments are meant to introduce players to tournament play and as such the Board of the VBSA reserve the right to refuse entry.

Handicaps can be altered at any time during the tournament at the discretion of the tournament director.
The top 16 points winners across the 4 tournaments will be invited to participate in a final (if there is a tie for lower places then the final will include the tied players).
